Jabberwocky - Lewis Caroll

Jabberwocky as a imaginative art of Literature

Adventure
    Lewis Carroll’s Jabberwocky (1871) seems like a charming collection of nonsense. However, if you dig a little deeper, you'll find it’s a timeless adventure—a young hero's journey to confront the fearsome Jabberwock. With its fantastical creatures, magical weapons, and a triumphant ending, the poem follows a classic mythic structure.
    The hero, wielding his vorpal sword, bravely steps into danger, conquers the monstrous foe, and returns home victorious.
He took his vorpal sword in hand;
      Long time the manxome foe he sought—
Despite its playful language, the poem’s construction is intentional, showing us that even the wildest words can tell a captivating story.
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!”

The Art of Invented Language
    Carroll’s brilliance shines in his knack for creating meaning from chaos. He uses inventive portmanteaus (blend words) like chortled(chuckle + snort) and galumphing (galloping + triumph) to paint vivid images that are both whimsical and relatable.
He left it dead, and with its head
      He went galumphing back.
